Captain Cook's famous landing spot - The town of 1770 - is not far away either and is always a great spot to enjoy Fish'n'Chips whilst enjoying the ever-changing sunset over Bustard Bay. The turn-off to Eurimbula National Park is only minutes up the road and well worth a visit.
Our brand-new ablution block is separated into female/male and disabled amenities, as well as hot and cold showers. We are welcoming hosts with years of experience in the tourism industry, who believe in making every Traveller’s stay at “The Ole Gumtree-Traveller’s Rest 1770” an enjoyable and memorable highlight of their holiday.
Whilst staying with us, you can enjoy a relaxing stroll through our ever-changing bushland or listen to 'The Original Discovery Coast Slideshow', an interpretive program.
