Cascades Camp Site

Cascades is probably the most beautiful of all the sites to set up camp. The beauty partly lies in the remoteness along with the position above and beside a gorgeous section of rapids and rock pools. Positioned between two rugged creek crossings, access requires diff' locks. This is normally a walk in site although we are happy to transport your camping gear in with our tractor. There is room only for one 3 metre tent or two hiking tents from which you are serenaded by the cascading water.

Chris and Kim are friendly, generous hosts and their property is stunning. All three (current) sites are very different from one another, well spaced out and could accommodate several families with perfect privacy. The creeks, tracks, trees, birdlife ... this is the best new site in SE QLD.

We had a fabulous time. Walked the Lookout and Green Knob, views were spectacular. The camp sites are removed from each other and well positioned having an area exclusive to you is great. We stayed in a yet unnamed clearing by the creek below Blueberry Ash site. Highly recommend.

What an amazing place with lovely hosts! We spent 2 nights here and it was not long enough, the camp site was flat and set up was super easy, private and the scenery was absolutely amazing. We will be back again for sure.

Absolutely beautiful property and Chris & Kim were so lovely and welcoming. We can't wait to go back and explore some more. The walk up to the lookout was beautiful and the rock pools & waterfall were lovely despite there not being a lot of running water at the time. Highly recommend staying here!

This property is absolutely stunning! We stayed 2 nights at the Waterfall Way site and loved every minute of it. Beautiful scenery, amazing hosts and very private and secluded from other campers. The walking tracks are excellent. Very dog friendly!

The hosts are very kind and accommodating. The property is beautiful, especially if you manage to get to the top of the majorly steep walk to the "lookout" for a look. The creek was flowing nicely for a swim too. We had a dingo visitor, but he shooed away easily. Lemon Campsite was private :)
