I live in the most beautiful part of the world in the Byron Bay Hinterland. My husband Tony and I live with my two dogs Henry and George on 75 acres which includes a Macadamia Orchard and Maguires Creek which runs through 2km of the property and includes crystal clear fresh water, rapids and lagoons for swimming. Our property is completely Off-Grid and and it is in the process of being regenerated with planting of native plants and trees throughout. We look forward to having you to stay.

We were the first people to stay here since Kate put it up for Youcamp. We chose campsite 1 near the creek, and it was a beautiful tranquil spot with about 1/2 an acre or more of cleared ground just for us, surrounded by rainforest. A short walk to crystal clear lagoons in either direction. Thanks!!

What a great spot and so close to the coast. The creek is a wonderful place for the kids (& adults) to swim and explore and the site is gorgeous. Kate was a lovely host and we look forward to returning soon.

Stayed here over the weekend what a wonderful piece of bush with the creek right on our camp site very relaxing and peaceful. We stayed on campsite 1. Kate was great enough information and help but left us to our own which is what we love we will be back.

Really enjoyed our stay at Gurragawee. Beautiful grassy creekbank sites, free firewood and plenty of birdlife to wake up to. If you are visiting with a caravan in tow be very careful crossing the entry bridge. The uprights at the property end are very narrow. Host Kate is an absolute delight.

We had such a wonderful time in this magical place! Close to everything and yet you feel a million miles away from civilisation when you are there. Kate is simply fabulous and a lovely host. We shall most definitely go back!

Beautiful, peaceful location. Perfect spot to relax and unwind. We sat beside the pretty creek at Campsite 1, and read books for the weekend. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

The hosts very friendly and helpful. Quiet campsite, very private. It didn’t take long for us to immerse ourselves in the tranquility that surrounds this beautiful oasis. Spent our time hanging around the waters edge at the many waterholes. Will be back again.
