We will ONLY ACCEPT CAMPERS WHO ARE COMPLETELY SELF CONTAINED. Any attempt to use shared facilities - like our toilet or shower or communal kitchen will result in campers being asked to leave. It is currently ILLEGAL in Victoria to use hared camping facilities. We will not argue about this. My husband is also in home based palliative care.
Our farm is about 25km outside Ballarat and is 120 acres. We breed Suffolk sheep, Dexter cattle, pigs, rare sorts of poultry and donkeys, but our principle farm activity is milking dairy goats. We live in a granite house built in 1860 and welcome you to share our farm. Bring a tent or your van and enjoy!
We encourage you to join in farm life and experience what we do everyday. The property is beautiful, especially from the top of the hill.
We have very specific behaviours which we expect of children and will make those quite clear in an email we send to you when you book. There are quite a number of safety issues on a working farm. We are also a NO WASTE FARM and this is important to us.
