Bunyip's Glamp is an easy 1 hour drive North of Sydney on the M1. You'll feel like you are a "million miles from anywhere" when in fact you are less then 5 mins away from cafes and restaurants and less then 10 mins away from Lake Macquarie the largest lake salt water coastal lake in Australia, as well as being located at the foot of the Watagan Mountains.
The property itsself is home to a few horses, chickens and plenty of wild life including up to 30 types of bird life, deer, wombat, reptiles, wallabies and our two very friendly dogs Titan and Brown Paws. The property backs on to Dora Creek which while it's not a big flowing river is a great spot to explore and enjoy nature.
The property has about 3 fairly private campsites that are great form of Glamping, peaceful and usually with the ability to have a campfire (depending on the current fire warnings).
While dogs and pets are welcome on the property no pets are allowed in the Glamping tent.
