Gumnut Park, hidden in the picturesque Walli Valley, is a fifty acre Conservation Park & Nature Refuge. It has been described as "a peaceful retreat", "an amazing getaway from the city", "the perfect location with abundant wildlife" and "the site enjoys beautiful stillness which transforms before dawn into gentle birdsong".
A great place for bird watching, canoeing on the Mary, mountain biking or bush walking on local tracks.
The camping area is about one acre of well kept grassy flat and gently sloping land.
Bring your own tent and choose your campsite, or book a glamping tent all set up with beds, linen and facilities. Shared toilet and shower available. Glamping tent options include delicious continental breakfast and firewood. Firewood is for sale for BYO tents. Sorry no dogs!

Two campsite only, "The Yards" with morning sun and afternoon shade, "Plantation campsite" or you can choose your spot set in grassy undulating terrain. Outdoor under-cover kitchen with facilities, camp stove, campfire & BBQ. There are also outdoor chairs and tables available. A bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Solar lighting in kitchen and bathroom areas.

Wow, what an amazing getaway from the city. Cheryl was a lovely host. We felt welcomed and comfortable and really enjoyed staying at Gumnut Park.

Peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Great host - a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Morning bird songs a chorus of sound and wonderful to hear.
